A declaration of compliance is a producer`s statement confirming that their materials/products meet valid legislative requirements and official guidelines. Compliance assessment procedures vary by material type and are determined by specific legal directives outlining minimum standards. The Institute for Pulp and Paper is accredited by Slovenian Accreditation (LP-058) under SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, with SA being a signatory to the EA MLA agreement. Accreditation details. Tests listed in the accreditation annex will be conducted under accredited activities, while other tests will be performed in a non-accredited area but in compliance with relevant standards under the SIST ISO 17025:2017 quality system (indicated in the offer). For non-accredited services, we review applicable legislation and conduct the necessary compliance verification for materials/products in the areas of food contact materials, hygiene products, toy safety (books and picture books), Biodegradability, compostability, and ecotoxicity.
