The main problems with fryers are the high likelihood of food being overcooked due to human error, high electricity consumption, and a short oil lifespan. By using automation and information technologies, we have created a fryer that eliminates the possibility of human error, and our heater control software saves 30% of electricity and extends the oil lifespan by up to 40%.
