Financial analysis is part of financial management, since it influence as information about individual areas of the firm, what is financial situation of the firm, why it is not sufficient, etc. According financial analysis we can find positive and negative part of the financial situation and economical situation and it provides alternative for solving of negative situation. This training deals with basic characteristic of financial analysis, mainly: 1. short characteristic of financial analysis, principles, structure, methods of FA 2. individual methods in the frame of: a/ ex post analysis – analysis according percentage structure, pyramid analysis, rate indexes,(analysis from the past), b/ ex ante analysis – analysis orientated to the future.
