Through AI Sandbox, ICKK provided a service for the Košice Self-Governing Region. Their goal was to digitize the HR and personal data management. The Košice Autonomous Region uses Nalgoo, a recruitment process management solution that provides some automation, but they still wanted to get the enhancement in this sphere that the RECRU service represented. In comparison, RECRU, as a new solution, can bring better efficiency in automation, candidate analysis and data processing.
