Description of center’s mission and objectives

Virs specializes in automation /robotization of welding technologies in production processes practicing an individual approach for custom-designed tech solutions. Systems include most modern technologies in field of robotic welding/automation, ensuring compliance with the requirements of Industry 4.0 (efficiency, cost-effectiveness, customized solutions). Demo lab has evolved from show room to a test bed where multiple welding solutions are available for training, testing, including robotic welding cell.

Demo hall with multiple robo-cells (depending on technology to be used) ready for testing and or settings (different materials, shapes, types of welding, machine seetings, time& movement optimization, quality control).

Robots - Fanuc, industrial, complete flexibility (many ops), easy integration, loads up to 2.3 tons and ranges up to 4.7 m. incl. Robotic manipulators / Collaborating robots / Accessories Welding equipment - integrative to robotic systems (include a welding source, a wire feeder, a refrigeration unit and a burner). RoboFlex cell - high versatility, small size ,flexible (»add module« posibilities), from Basic to Advanced. Extentions: 3 modules simultaneously or with 4 external robotic axes. CoboFlex - collaborative robot, quickly & easy (intuitive programming, flexible execution, human interaction, time& space-saving with high safety standard guaranteed). LaserFlex - robotic laser welding cell… reliable, precise & efficient for materials with thicknesses 0.01 to 50 mm. Offline LaserFlex programming with Roboguide software - preparation of robot program on your computer while LaserFlex works in production (fast programming and reduced unproductive time). WeldCockpit – connect and analyze your production processes! Laser tracking systems and software applications - improved intelligence, movement, safety and productivity
