Showroom 4.0, located in Balice near Kraków, is an advanced automation center by Mitsubishi Electric. Its mission is to demonstrate the potential of Industry 4.0 technologies through interactive exhibits. The facility showcases industrial robots, smart manufacturing solutions, and comprehensive IT integration. By providing hands-on experiences with e-Factory concepts, the center aims to educate and inspire companies to adopt innovative automation and digitalization practices, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Description of center’s facilities and equipment

Mitsubishi Showroom 4.0 is a state-of-the-art industrial automation center opened in Balice, near Krakow, Poland, which showcases advanced e-Factory demonstration stations that integrate automation with digitization, data analysis and personalized manufacturing, enabling visitors to understand how IoT technologies and IT systems integration can optimize manufacturing processes and increase flexibility.

Mitsubishi Showroom 4.0 includes demonstration stations such as "Threeerobot" with three synchronized robots demonstrating collaboration using MELFA Safe Plus, a robotic nest for flexible pen assembly, an e-Factory station integrating Mitsubishi products with the CC-Link IE Field network, and a station with screens visualizing production data and enabling performance monitoring and predictive maintenance with the MAPS SCADA system.
