Solution overview

A manufacturing execution system (MES) is a versatile, dynamic software solution that monitors, tracks, documents and controls the entire manufacturing process - from the raw material to the finished product. Our software makes a significant contribution to compensating for the shortage of skilled labour in the hotel, catering and food production industries. The software has been specially developed and optimised for production employees.

Key features

We are currently unaware of any other solution in the hotel, catering or food industry that covers all areas - from ordering, storage, order and production planning through to the dispatch process - in a fully automated manner. Our software accesses supplier prices directly via interfaces and uses highly complex mathematics to automatically calculate the most cost-effective recipes, menus and menus for the day in question.

Integration and adaptability in manufacturing environments

After a thorough examination of the project by our technicians, the scope of the project and the compatibility of our system are analysed. We can say from experience that our system is not based on fixed processes. As every company has individual processes, our MES can be flexibly adapted to them. In principle, our MES is compatible with most common devices. Nevertheless, this should be checked separately for each project, as it can happen that existing devices do not support individual functions. This check is carried out individually for each project.

Implementation support and training for manufacturers

We support our customers from the initial idea through to the final installation and beyond into ongoing operation. Together with the client, we develop the optimum solution, take care of process and layout planning, provide support during supplier discussions and offer comprehensive advice to find the best possible solution. We also provide direct support with data creation and process definition. Installation and commissioning are carried out by anewo GmbH. With a monthly maintenance contract, which includes three different service packages, our expertise can continue to be utilised even after the project has been implemented.
