Solution overview

Our product is a software for mobile robotics, managing the single robot intelligence (safety, obstacle avoidance, optimal path planning) and the whole fleet (task assignment, traffic control, integration with machinery). We can have different kind of customers: the robot manufacturer (they need our software to power their machines), the integrator (they need our software to connect different robots in the manufacturing process) and the final user (they need robots in their production process). The software is highly flexible and modular, thus allows us to create tailored solution for the customer. Nevertheless we are constantly releasing Plug&Play versions of the software, enabling immediate tests, trial periods and a relationship of trust based on customer feedback. These Plug&Play solution are based on industrial standards and common robot features and sensors.

Integration and adaptability in manufacturing environments

The solution can be easily integrated in the existing manufacturing processes, leveraging on industrial standards and a no-code web-based simple user interface. Thanks to the flexible and modular structure of our proprietary software framework, we can customize it to specific manufacturing requirements. Using industrial standards for communications in terms of protocols and data, we enable our solution to be compatible with major manufacturing equipment.

Implementation support and training for manufacturers

We work with companies building a relationship of trust, we offer our support both for the assessment of the customers needs and for the implementation and post-implementation part. Our advanced reporting offers a unique tool to optimize production processes, in fact, measuring the goods movement we can optimize the production flow.

Sustainability, compliance and certifications in the EU

Due to our solution nature, there is no direct application of relevant environmental regulations and industry standards in the EU.

Example of successful implementation of solution in manufacturing company.

Together with our partner Eureka System we developed a brand new Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), Helko (https://www.eurekasystem.it/soluzioni/robotica-mobile/helko-autonomous-mobile-robot/). We applied this robot to the pharmaceutical sector, were robots are used to move trolleys with medicine cabinets on top in and out of automatic machinery that fill them. We also applied this robot to the manufacturing sector, were robots are used to move trolleys with production material on top.
