The idea and the primary task of the ""Civil Patrol"" software platform is to enable citizens to directly participate in solving communal problems within the local community. We are witnesses to the ever-increasing global environmental pollution, the negligence of individuals, and often their arrogance towards public goods, which requires every citizen to serve public services with the goal of protecting the environment, surroundings, and the place where they live. Achieving a quality of life in large and modern cities is becoming increasingly difficult, which motivated us to devise a solution that would allow each of us to individually make a concrete contribution and help the competent services maintain the highest level of environmental hygiene. The ""Civil Patrol"" software platform has two modules, a module for reporting problems and a module for smart waste management.
